<p>In this research, the digital library status of different college libraries in Pune city has been traced. The NEP 2020 has emphasized the usage of digital platform and digital resources in the teaching learning process, and for this a digital library facility is need of colleges of higher education. In this concern, it is necessary to check the current status of college libraries in this regard and their readiness to cope with anticipations of NEP 2020 about digital support use. A survey was conducted to find out the status of the digital library from the point of view of devices, services, and their efficiency to support the learning and teaching process. The current library status has been surveyed through structural questionnaires by librarians. The information from the college websites is also considered in regard to the digital library of particular colleges. The study searched for the availability of devices required to serve a digital library, the atomization of the library and e-resources available with the library. This study will benefit librarians and institutions to identify the current status of their efforts towards the digital services of the library and their readiness to implement the NEP-2020 norms to libraries.</p> <p><strong>How to cite this article:</strong><br />Pawar M,Jadhav V. <p>The proposed study is strategic in enhancing teaching and research activities in Tanzanian universities with the use of collaborative resources like the acquisition of electronic resources, joint establishment of infrastructures, staff capacity building, and creation of knowledge sharing networks. This is a systematic review of the literature based on 120 studies that discusses the effectiveness of COTUL in promoting academic productivity, scholarly communication, and overall learning outcomes. The results show that COTUL is an effective tool in enhancing access to electronic resources and lowers subscription fees by means of collective bargaining. It also plays a part in the establishment and management of institutional repositories, fosters the development of information literacy skills, and increases the visibility and dissemination of research outputs. Nevertheless, there are still unresolved issues, such as limitations of ICT infrastructure, frequent power outages, restrictive licensing contracts, and financial sustainability issues that do not allow optimal use of the resources. Irrespective of these limitations, the evaluation finds that COTUL is a key factor in enhancing the quality,<br />access, and effectiveness of research and teaching in Tanzanian universities.</p> <p><strong>How to cite this article:</strong><br />Ntullo S H, Jaiswal B. <p>This paper examines the processes, effects and obstacles of knowledge sharing practices among academic librarians on an international level. Within the context of the fast digital transformation, sharing of explicit and tacit knowledge among the library professionals becomes the most important. This study has employed the mixed methods research design <br />where 400 academic librarians were surveyed and 30 library directors were interviewed semi-structured. Quantitative results indicate that (85.5%) of the respondents are proactive in cross-border exchange of knowledge, mostly via a digital platform (Mean = 4.2, SD = 0.85). The relationship was found to be significantly statistically significant between <br />the frequent use of the global knowledge networks and the adoption of innovative library services (χ2 = 14.32, p < 0.01). Nevertheless, the research also establishes huge obstacles such as absence of institutional funds (68%), and language barrier (42%). The qualitative analysis indicates that there is dichotomy between a Global North and Global South where the latter is frequently a recipient. The research arrives at the conclusion that structural asymmetries exist although access has become democratic due to digital tools. Professional associations are suggested to develop mentorship programs to close these gaps and to oblige people to establish knowledge-sharing practices as a component of performance appraisal.</p> <p><strong>How to cite this article: </strong></p> <p>Ntullo S H, Shagama B, Trang H T T. 2026-08-042026-08-041333037Deep Learning-Based Vulnerability Detection in Open-Source Software Using Public Datasets

<p>Automated software vulnerability detection has become a central application of deep learning (DL) in software security, driven by the volume of open-source software (OSS) and the limitations of manual code auditing. This paper reviews the current landscape of DL-based vulnerability detection using public datasets, synthesizing findings from recent surveys, benchmark studies, and dataset papers. It examines the major categories of public vulnerability datasets (synthetic corpora such as SARD/Juliet and real-world, commit-mined corpora such as Devign, Big-Vul, CVEFixes, and DiverseVul), the principal families of DL architectures applied to the task (sequence-based models, graph neural networks, pretrained code language models, and fine-tuned large language models), and the metrics used to evaluate them. The review highlights persistent methodological concerns, including severe class imbalance, label noise inherited from commit-mining pipelines, limited language and vulnerability-type diversity, and a documented generalization gap between in-distribution benchmark performance and realistic, deduplicated, or out-of-distribution evaluation. It concludes that while DL models report strong headline metrics on established benchmarks, current evidence suggests these gains do not always reflect a genuine ability to detect novel vulnerabilities, and it outlines directions for more rigorous dataset construction and benchmarking.</p> <p><strong>How to cite this article:</strong> <br>Trivedi A K, Dubey S.
