Abstract

Supply chain performance measurement plays a critical role in ensuring operational efficiency, resilience, and competitiveness in a dynamic global market. This paper reviews key performance metrics, measurement frameworks, and emerging trends in supply chain evaluation. Traditional metrics such as cost, service level, and inventory turnover are complemented by modern indicators like sustainability performance, agility, and digital integration. Various performance measurement frameworks, including the Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) model, Balanced Scorecard (BSC), and Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA), provide structured approaches to evaluating supply chain effectiveness. The study highlights challenges in performance measurement, including data complexity, lack of standardization, and integration of new technologies like artificial intelligence (AI) and blockchain. The paper concludes with strategic recommendations for improving supply chain performance through advanced analytics, real-time monitoring, and predictive decision-making.
