Abstract

This study aims to provide an overview of the legal information systems in Vietnam, including sources of legal information and channels for disseminating legal information, its current development status, challenges, and future prospects of finalizing the system. The study was conducted by using a combination of literature review, observation, and practical experience. The result show that Vietnam’s legal information system has undergone a long and widespread development process. This demonstrates the State’s important role and commitment to investing in the system. These systems have proven their effectiveness and achieved remarkable growth through large-scale technology deployment. However, development across the system remains uneven, and there is still a lack of full connectivity and integration. There is a need for closer integration across systems, greater investment in system development, and expanded research in this field in Vietnam.
